You can find the general app settings in Settings → Main.
Settings example

- Application owner
-
Username specified when creating the app. The app owner can access any statistics sections, manage permissions for other users, and delete the app.
- API key (for SDK)
-
You need to specify the API key when initializing the AppMetrica SDK in the app. Statistics from the app code are transmitted using this key.
We recommend using a single API key for the same app across different platforms. This way, you can easily view both overall and platform-specific statistics, as well as use SmartLinks in trackers.
- Post API key
-
You can use it to send events and profile attributes to AppMetrica via HTTP requests. This ensures that the AppMetrica interface shows even those events that occur outside the app, such as offline purchases. Learn more.
- Time zone UTC
-
Used to record events in a single time zone. AppMetrica displays all events according to the specified time zone.
- Folders for grouping apps
-
Folders help you easily switch between apps. Place the apps you have access to into folders so you can quickly find and select the one you need.
- App category
-
Specify whether your app is a game or a regular app, then select a relevant subcategory from the dropdown list on the right.
- Email for important notifications and news about the service
-
Important notifications and service updates will be sent here. This helps you quickly find out about important changes and new features as they roll out.
- Metrika tag binding
-
Add a Yandex Metrica tag to optimize your campaign strategies in the Yandex Direct web+app scenario. To link a Yandex Metrica tag, make sure your account (username) has access to it. Learn more.
- Allow vendors to use custom e-commerce events in their promotion
-
With this option enabled, vendors (manufacturers and suppliers) can use the "add to cart" and "order" e-commerce events when promoting their products in your app. Vendors don't gain access to the app itself, nor do they receive information about products from other suppliers or events outside the campaign. In turn, you receive additional targeted traffic and more sales.
Universal Link
Universal Links are used in place of deep links to track clicks leading to already installed iOS apps. For more information, see Universal Link support.
Specify the Bundle ID along with the App Prefix or Team ID. You can find them on the Apple Developer Portal.
The Universal Link field shows a link in applinks:<app_id>.redirect.appmetrica.yandex.com format, where <app_id> is your app's ID in AppMetrica.
To activate Universal Links for your app, enable the option Use Universal Link.
Data export
The Allow inaccurate results option enables the skip_unavailable_shards parameter used by the Logs API.
With this option turned on, you can receive data in online mode even if some servers are partially unavailable. Although these samples may be incomplete, the data loss rate won't exceed 1%. Enable this option if you need to receive samples at strictly defined intervals and can tolerate a small margin of error in the received data.
If this option is disabled, you won't be able to receive data via the Logs API in the event of technical issues or if the server is temporarily unavailable. As soon as the problem is resolved, the Logs API functionality is fully restored, and you can receive data for the desired period.
